THE COACHING PROCESS AS ENHANCERS OF ENGAGEMENT

In the present study we analyze the influence of the personal Coaching processes in employees of diverse sectors, with respect to their levels of Engagement. We observe how those processes of Coaching developed by an external professional to the organizational structure, planned from time to time, and strategically managed following personalized programs have a very positive impact in the levels of Engagement of the employees.In this work, we contribute empirical information for the development of the new strategic approach organizational: Comprehensive Management Health, a new paradigm that it is born with the positive intention of reduce employee illness and promote health and wellbeing while promoting productivity and quality of service (Zwetsloot and Pot, 2004), changing the perspective of action, from a cost strategy to other of good investment worker, which is translates directly in better managerial results.
