We were based on the Resources Theory to determine the competitive advantage of the company. In addition, we are used the Telecommunications for the development of an Information System with GPL software, which has allowed to view the resources of information of a enterprise and to value its core competence. Designed the model with a DBGS casuistically, it will allow obtaining data of the specific surroundings and the competitive position of a company in relation to the competition will be able to be deduced. All this exposition leads to indicate to us that we were before the design of a Strategic Management Computerized Model, for its later implementation in Internet.
