Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has acquired over the last decade an extraordinary relevance due to increased competition that offers organizations. The management of CSR goes beyond the implementation of quality, respect for the environment and risk prevention; it refers to the voluntary management of all areas of the organization through a socially responsible. The principles of ethics and respect for people and their contribution to improve communication with customers, employee training, continuous improvement and creating a good working environment represent inter-linkages between Total Quality Management (TQM) and the CSR, so that the implementation of any of the Models of Total Quality Management more relevant is an excellent way to focus and develop the integration of economic, environmental and social organizations
